Egg donation means giving your eggs to other women who are unable to conceive using their own eggs. It helps single women and couples. The process of egg donation is simple. You have a baseline scan on day 2 of your cycle before beginning injectable medication. You are given a trigger shot to mature the eggs 36 hours before egg collection, which is done under sedation.
