You choose the Marsden360 test because it's a UKAS accredited test
which is run in our expert laboratory at The Royal Marsden. We have
been, for some time, we were the only laboratory in country delivering
this testing to diagnostic standard, and we were the only laboratory
undertaking this testing for the NHS for the whole of the country. So,
we have significant experience in doing this within the UK and to UK
standards.
We have the benefit of the wide research pipeline and innovation from Guardant but in a way that issues reports that are specific for the UK setting and also, are tailored to UK trials and recommendations. So, if you request one of these tests and you get a report back which you feel needs some further assistance with or some further clarification, you are then able to access the molecular tumour board at The Royal Marsden. So, you can put the case on for discussion if you have a specific question such as which of the variants that were identified should be prioritised for patient treatment, if there's anything that might be germline and you're wondering whether or not genetics referral is warranted or what any of the other things may mean in terms of pattern of mutations.
