When should you seek professional advice regardng a tremor?

Dr Tabish Saifee, a Consultant Neurologist Queen Square, says if tremor is affecting your ability to carry out day to day activities and affecting your quality of life then that would warrant a GP visit or specialist advice.

Transcript
So I think if tremor is interfering in your quality of life and you think that that tremor is impairing your ability to do the everyday tasks that you want to, then I think that that's important to bring that up with your GP or your local doctor. I think that if tremor is there, particularly at rest, when you're resting your hands down and not doing anything, that can sometimes be an early onset sign of Parkinson's disease and certainly is definitely a symptom that you would want to seek advice for from your GP and perhaps a specialist.
