These include semen analysis in males which can test for sperm count, motility, abnormality, and possible infections sexual organs.

Transcript
Basic male fertility test is the test involving semen analysis. So when a couple have difficulty conceiving after a year, we generally start pulling a semen analysis on the male, and the female partner should also be assessed. The semen analysis is a basic semen analysis looking at count, motility or movement on a number of abnormal forms. And also it should look for any infection cells. Sometimes, more complex tests are needed but that all depends upon whether patient's having recurrent miscarriage or other circumstances, and that will entirely depend upon the history and the examination and the consultation.
