What tests and exams are available to help find the cause of repeated miscarriages?

Transcript
We do tests in different areas to find the reason for recurrent miscarriage. This includes checking the chromosomes of the parents to see if there is any chromosomal aberration or abnormality that can be inherited in the embryos and cause miscarriage. We check the cavity of the womb with what we call Aquascan or hysteroscopy, to make sure that there are no polyps, adhesions or septum, and if there is any, we deal with them through the hysteroscopy. We test the parents or the couple for infection in depth. We do ischaemic culture and sensitivity vaginal swab, and we test the blood that comes in the period for about 25 micro organisms. We test different aspects of the immune system of the mother, including antibodies, natural killer cells, cytokines, killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors and others, to see if there's any imbalance that we can help with. We also test the sperm for DNA fragmentation, which means the breaking down or immaturity of the DNA in the head of the sperm, as that sperm will form about 50% of the embryo, and if this is defective can cause miscarriage.
