What kind of treatment is available for premature ejaculation?

The treatment for premature ejaculation is, number one, some kind of cognitive therapy that's to normalise that. I don't care who you are, Brad Pitt or whoever you are, at some point, if you're having regular sex, there's gonna be a time where, you know, you come to early, you know? You're just distracted or something, or you know, you're not in your mojo. That's gonna happen to everybody. So the important thing is to accept it, normalise it, and say, Well today, you know, came early, and now this time or tomorrow, I'll be fine, you know? Normalise it. The second thing is there might be some relationship tension because of this. A partner might be feeling, Oh, this is the second week in a row, I'm getting a little bit frustrated now. You know, can you sort yourself out? or something like that. And depending how it's said, that might give the man even more performance anxiety. So sometimes, we have to normalise it for the partner as well and realise, you know, hold on a second, there's a right way of helping and a way that makes it worse. Whatever therapy you do, the thing to remember is the body performs worse under pressure. High expectation, high pressure, not good. The body performs best low pressure, no expectation, spontaneity, fun and carefree is the best that you can do, the best environment for sex or any performance.
