What is the difference between ICSI and IVF?

Anastasia Maniaexplains that the difference betweenICSIandIVFis that in an IVF lab cycle they allow the sperm to swim towards the egg and fertilise it; in ICSI they choose a specific sperm and inject it into the egg.

Transcript
The difference between IVF and ICSI is that, in an IVF laboratory cycle, we would put a pool of spermatozoa in well together with a number of eggs, and we will allow the sperm to swim towards the egg and fertilise it. In an ICSI cycle, we would select a single spermatozoon based on its parameters to inject it into the egg, into a single egg, and then wait for the fertilisation.
