Transcript
Nonobstructive azoospermia is where the testicles are not working as well as they should. It's usually manifested by small testes and raised hormones called FSH levels. FSH is the hormone that drives the sperm production within the testicle, and the reason why it's raised is a compensatory mechanism to try and push the testicles to work harder. You can certainly try and do an operation trying to extract sperm in those instances after the patient has been fully investigated.
