What is a frenuloplasty?

Dr Suks Minhas defines frenuloplasty as a surgery to lengthen the frenulum and reduce the pain felt during intercourse.

Transcript
A frenuloplasty is surgery that is performed in terms of a tight frenulum. Sometimes men don't have a tight foreskin, or phimosis, but rather it's very localised in one area. And what you can do is actually perform an operation where you can try and lengthen the frenular area to try and help retract the foreskin, and reduce the pain during intercourse.
