IVF success rates depend, and overall they depend upon the female age. And it's the female age, actually, that's the major determining factor for IVF success outcomes. As the female fertility declines, certainly after the age of 37, definitely after the age of 42, success rates from IVF do decline. The male age is a bit more controversial. The male age may be implicated in some studies, but overall, it's the female factor that is the most important there in terms of success rates and outcomes.
