Transcript
In a CBT session what happens is a person will come along and talk about difficulties that they're experiencing. And then based on the issues that they present, we will map out a treatment plan based on what they're doing, how they're thinking, how that's affecting how they're feeling, and any physical sensations that they have, and help them to try and do things differently and possibly work on their thoughts as well to help them feel differently in certain situations.
