So if a semen analysis is abnormal, we'd probably get you to repeat it and look at two or three different samples worth. And then we can give you some advice about what to do. Generally, that advice is lifestyle-based. So things like reducing smoking, reducing alcohol intake, some vitamins, and just healthy diet and things like that. And then tailor the best advice to you.
