What does an oculoplastic surgeon treat?

Andre Litwin is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Sapphire Eye Care. In this video, he details what the role of an oculoplastic surgeon is and what they specialise in.

Transcript
An oculoplastic surgeon has completed their training in general ophthalmology, which, in the UK, is often seven or more years before sub-specialising in treating mainly conditions around the eye itself, be it the eyelids or watery eyes, eyelid lumps, bumps, or droopy eyelids. So if you have a concern about your eyelids, it's the only sensible decision, to see someone trained specifically for that area.
