What causes a tight foreskin?
Dr Suks Minhas explains that a tight foreskin can be caused by scar tissue, and renders sufferers unable to retract their foreskin or with pain during intercourse. This can be due to a history of previous surgeries or inflammatory conditions, and can often be treated with steroids or creams, but occasionally a circumcision will need to be performed.
