What are warning signs of testicular cancer?

Mr Walter Cazzaniga discusses key warning signs of testicular cancer, particularly a hard lump in the testicle that may or may not be painful. Viewers in this video learn why regular self-examination and prompt referral to a urologist are important for early diagnosis.

Transcript
Testicular cancer, when it's localised to the testicle, normally presents with a hard lump to the testicle. This can be associated with pain, but most commonly is painless. If you have a more widespread disease, you might have other symptoms that are related to the organ that are involved. It's important to diagnose early and it's important to self-examine your testicle in order to pick up any abnormality early and be referred to a urologist for treatment.
