So, migraine can be triggered by a whole host of factors. So, some of the factors and just some examples of some of these factors include dietary changes, yeah. So, there are some people that would say that when they eat certain food substances, such as, you know, cheese, oranges, dairy products, they're more prone to getting migraine. Other examples include things such as going hungry. If your blood sugar is going up and down, you tend to be more prone to migraine. Being under a lot of stress can make you prone to migraine. But the converse is also true. There are some people who would say that while they're busy working, they're fine, but when they sit down and relax, they'll suddenly get a headache. So, a classical example is getting what we call a weekend headache. A lot of patients with migraine will say they get their migraine mainly on a Saturday or a Sunday when they sit down and relax. Other factors include menstruation in women, having their menstrual periods will make them more prone to migraine. The other kinds of things are sleep deprivation. If you don't sleep very well, and you're sleep deprived, that can give you a migraine. But, again, the converse as well. Sleeping too much can make you more prone to having migraine. Weather changes is another example of a trigger for migraine. And there are, and this is just a relatively short list. There are a whole host of triggers that are well known for migraine and each patient will have different triggers. So, it's often a question of identifying which triggers are appropriate for a particular patient.
