What are the three steps in the MyTrack™ Myeloma pathway and how do they guide treatment-free interval decisions?
Transcript
The three steps involved in MyTrack™ Myeloma include an assessment of the individual risk of relapse of a patient, thereby determining whether they are potential candidates for a planned treatment break, then a confirmation of a deep remission with a next-generation sequencing MRD test from a bone marrow biopsy, sustained MRD negativity, to confirm that a patient is ready for a planned treatment break if they want to pursue this route.
In a third step, for those patients that have made the decision to go on a planned treatment break, an ongoing, non-invasive tracking of their tumour remission by exempt mass spectrometry testing.
