So for post-traumatic stress disorder, it is very important that the right therapy approach is taken from the individual and, again, an evidence-based treatment is very important. So again, cognitive behavioural therapy and in some cases psychodynamic therapy is very important as well. And in my case, I would usually combine both. I'm trained both as a cognitive behavioural therapist and as a psychodynamic therapist and I find that in the right amount, combining both treatments as an integrative approach is very important and in many cases more productive for someone who suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder.
