Transcript
There's little peer reviewed evidence to any alternatives to steroid injections at present. In the elite sporting world local anaesthetic injections in the short term have been used and are currently not bound by any government bodies. There's little evidence to support these, but you can find many practitioners and patients who will swear by their efficacy.
