My name is Ahmed Shalan. I'm a vascular surgeon.
I'm specialised in vascular surgery, including varicose vein treatment.
I have been performing varicose vein treatment for the last 18 years.
I enjoy looking after my patient and the most rewarding part of it is when patient feels better and I can see them back in my clinic, grateful for the treatment they have received.
I always treat my patient with the same quality of care that I wish any one of my family received if they needed care.
There is often multiple treatment options and in the consultation I should be able to advise on the best course of action to get the best results.
