Male fertility tests: what tests are available at London Andrology?

There are a number of tests that are available and certainly, all men should be evaluated. In most instances, a semen analysis is performed. Hormone profile including LH, FSH testosterone levels, and more complex blood tests depending upon what the cause is, particularly if the sperm count is below 10 million or alternatively there's no sperm, then genetic tests are also performed. In those patients who may fail fertility treatments or have recurrent fertility failures in terms of natural pregnancy rates, then a DNA fragmentation test can be performed. More complex tests looking at the sperm chromosome structure can also be performed, something that's called Sperm Aneuploidy.
