NHS and private clinics will provide the same clinical care for varicose vein.
The problem is NHS are under high pressure and by the time you get referred usually your symptoms are quite significant with varicose vein.
In private sector you have the option to choose the surgeon and make sure that you have treatment with experienced consultant that perform this procedure on a regular basis and you can have control on the waiting time and the timing on you having the procedure.
For cosmetic varicose vein you will always get better results if you address it as early as possible.
