Soft erections or erectile dysfunction is the reduction of rigidity or difficulty maintaining and sustain an erection adequate for intercourse. In most men, erectile dysfunction can be treated and cured but it depends upon the cause. In younger men, often it's due to psychological reasons but old men should be evaluated for cardiovascular risk, because we now know that erectile dysfunction may be a mark of full cardiovascular disease. In particular, there are operations such as radicle prostatectomy, cystectomy or any type of pelvic surgery damaged which damaged the nerve and blood supply to the penis, which can cause erectile dysfunction. Certainly those type of patients can be treated by various tablets, injections and even surgery.
