Most of the patients will tolerate the varicose vein treatment really well.
We perform this procedure under local anaesthetic.
What will you experience?
The needle giving the local anaesthetic before starting the treatment.
During the treatment itself, you shouldn't be feeling much and we have the option to increase the local anaesthetic dose if you need to have more local anaesthetic to avoid pain.
After the procedure, people are always able to walk straight away and the recovery time is quite quick.
People go back to normal activity within a couple of days to three days time.
