How often do I need follow-ups for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM)?

Regular follow-up helps ensure hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is carefully monitored over time. Dr Ravi Assomull explains why annual reviews, including ECG, echocardiography and cardiac MRI, are commonly used to track the condition and detect changes early.

Transcript
We normally follow up patients with HCM on an annual basis. We do this with tests that will include an ECG, echocardiogram, ECG monitor and a cardiac MRI.
