How much does a private maternity care package cost at Imperial College Healthcare Private Care?

So that's one of the most frequent questions that we are asked by patients and we are absolutely clear and transparent with our pricing. Everything is published on our website and that information is available to be downloaded and reviewed and that relates to our consultant lib packages and our midwifery lib packages. Any patient who has a straightforward simple experience with their pregnancy will be accessing those packages and any extras and other treatment are listed on them there. You can always discuss that information with anybody in our team and we can talk it through with you and provide you with a statement of account at any time. For patients who have a slightly more different experience, whether that's because they choose to take some of our optional extras or they have certain clinical complications or higher risk factors, there will obviously be other charges for their care. We're open about that at the time that the charge is incurred and we will tell patients so they have an informed choice to make about it. What we can't do is absolutely guarantee one price. Because every patient is different. There may be complications or other developments during pregnancy which means that there are other fees and other treatment that we offer. We will keep you up to date and informed of all of those fees as and before they happen so that you can consent to that treatment and you can consent to those fees being generated. At any point, any patient can ask for a statement of account to see where they are up to with their fees and can question it. Our paternity team are happy to go through and discuss that. We are happy to go through and discuss it with them.
