How long does a vasectomy take?

Dr Suks Minhas, says it can take up around a week for a patient to recover from a vasectomy procedure whereas the actual vasectomy procedure can take between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Transcript
A vasectomy takes anything between half an hour and an hour. It depends upon whether it's under local or general anaesthetic. If it's under general anaesthetic, then it takes a much shorter time period, usually 30 minutes. And it usually takes about a week for men to recover, particularly from the bruising and swelling to die down.
