How can Marsden360 support clinical decision-making?

Transcript
The Marsden360 can support clinical decision making in a number of different ways. So firstly, by trying to find the best treatment for the patient by looking at the molecular markers or the genomic mutations that are present in that tumour, and giving the treating clinician information about the prognosis, the chances of response to certain treatments, and whether or not the patient is suitable for molecularly matched or targeted agents.

The second thing is that when you undertake this kind of testing, you get back a list of genes and variants that have been found in the patient's blood. And if you're not very familiar with dealing with those types of things, sometimes it can be difficult to begin with to know which of those mutations is the most important one, and which is the one that you should prioritise for treatment.

All patients who have a Marsden360 are able to be discussed at our molecular tumour board. So, any clinician who is requesting one of these tests, who gets a report back, who would like something to be able to guide them in terms of the best management, is able to put those reports on our molecular tumour board, present the case, and get a recommendation from our expert team. And I think that's something that is hugely valuable to clinicians, particularly those who might be in early days of doing ctDNA testing, and something that can really help support that clinical management.
