If you have erectile dysfunction, you're wondering, Well, how do I talk to my partner about it? It's important to talk to your partner about it because in the vacuum of information, trust me, your partner's gonna fill it with worse stuff than what you're gonna say. Your partner's gonna take it personally and think, Oh, they don't love me, they don't find me desirable. Is it because of this or this or this? They're gonna catastrophise. So, if you go up to your partner and say, Listen, you know, I love you, I find you desirable, but I've put too much pressure on myself and now I'm stuck in this little loop where when it comes to bedtime, I start worrying about it, your partner's gonna think, Ah great, it's nothin' do with me, and, You poor thing, what can I do? And the next stage would be, let's take the pressure out especially around intercourse, because in many sexual relationships it's all about you know, it becomes the main thing and so you know that's not the main thing. Foreplay, oral sex switched between massage and kind of see what happens to take the pressure off, at some point I have to perform and do intercourse into you know let's just see what happens. Let's make it fun, no rigid structure, spontaneous, let's just see where it goes and what happens. We might start with a massage, it might lead to something or it might just lead to sleep. Take the pressure off.
