How can analytics improve patient acquisition?

Better analytics can help healthcare organisations make smarter decisions about patient acquisition and budget allocation. In this video, Dr David Sewell, Head Of Digital, explains how tracking on-site behaviour, CRM feedback loops and conversion paths can reveal which digital journeys drive the best results, supporting more effective healthcare marketing and patient growth strategies.

Transcript
Analytics can still give you considerable insight into the behaviour of people on site and their paths through to conversion and acquisition. It's important to put tracking in place and feedback data from your CRM platforms, for instance, back into your ad platforms in order to see exactly how the journey and which steps were involved in that conversion. And then by analysing the paths that provide the most conversions, you can see where budget should be allocated to increase the number of acquisitions.
