Could painful swollen leg after standing be varicose veins?

A swollen, painful leg after standing may indicate hidden. In this video, Mr. Ahmed Shalan explains how venous leakage causes pooling, heaviness and discomfort.

Transcript
Not all varicose veins are visible. Some people will have significant varicose veins and you can't see any visible veins on their leg. What happens is the main veins inside the leg become leaky and the blood pools into the leg with gravity. So if you stand for a long day and you notice that your leg is very swollen and painful and you can't really cope with standing, that is always a sign that there is a venous leakage into your leg causing that symptoms and that's basically varicose vein.
