Can I father a child if I have a low sperm count?

Dr Suks Minhas says conception can still be possible if a man has a low sperm count but it depends on how low the sperm count is and if there any other underlying abnormalities.

Transcript
Depends on the sperm count. So you may be able to father a child if the sperm count doesn't fit the WHO criteria. But it depends on how low that is. Even if there are some abnormalities, you can still father children naturally. So although we adhere strictly to these criteria, there are some variations in this.
