Can HyCoSy improve fertility?
Dr William Hooexplains the ways in which HyCoSy can improve fertility, including providing a clear view of the fallopian tubes; some women experience improved fertility in the 3 months after HyCoSy because it can dislodge mucus in the fallopian tubes.

HyCoSy itself is mainly to assess the patency of the fallopian tubes but there has been incidences of improved outcome in fertility for about three months afterwards. And that may be because, in some women, they may have some mucus which may have partially obstructed, and the test itself may have partially dislodged and so some women have reported transient improvement of fertility for that reason.
