Transcript
We're fortunate that there's a number of lifestyle modifications and treatments that can be used to help with erectile dysfunction. Certainly, positive lifestyle changes to make are to stop smoking, reduce alcohol intake, lose weight, increase exercise and also be careful with recreational drug use. With regards to any current medications that may be causing the erectile dysfunction, it's always advised to see your GP to see if any of these could be stopped and an alternative given. And we're also lucky that there's a number of oral medications, these are medications you can take in tablet form, that are available and known to be safe and effective in 80% of men; such medicines as tadalafil and sildenafil.
