Erectile dysfunction is usually psychological. We'd always recommend ruling things out with a doctor to check for any biological conditions but in the vast majority of times, it's up here. And the problems are usually performance-based anxiety. If you think about it, if you'd like to ask somebody you fancy out on a date, you can either imagine a positive movie or a disaster movie. If you imagine a disaster movie with the person grimacing and saying, Who are you, you loser? You're not gonna be motivated to go and ask them out. But if you rehearse things going well, you're far more likely inclined to go and ask this person out so it's really important that you rehearse things going well. If you rehearse things going well, your body's saying, I can do this, there's no problem here. Let nature do its job.
