Can epididymal cysts cause low sperm count?

Dr Suks Minhas explains that while epididymal cysts can cause a low sperm count, removing them is not recommended, as the removal process can cause additional problems with the sperm reservoir.

Transcript
Epididymal cysts don't cause low sperm counts, but certainly removing an epididymal cyst in a male who wants to try and have children is probably contraindicated. In other words, we shouldn't be doing that because, in theory, the sperm reservoir can be disrupted by cyst excision.
