Can Crohn’s disease cause severe headaches?

Sophie Medlin explains that Crohn’s Disease can cause severe headaches. While it’s not a direct symptom of Crohn’s disease, they can be brought on by dehydration and diarrhoea.

Transcript
Headaches aren't a common symptom of Crohn's disease or one that we would necessarily consider to be a direct symptom of Crohn's disease, but certainly if you have things like diarrhoea, you may become dehydrated, which can lead to headaches. So it's not uncommon for people with Crohn's disease to have headaches, but it's not directly linked to their Crohn's disease necessarily.
